About Margo Rhodes

For well over 30  years, I have been dedicated to serving inside and outside the Christian community, gaining insights that I now weave into the fabric of Reason Together.

 

My personal journey has been a testament to overcoming various life challenges—the sadness of divorce, the complexities of parenting decisions, job loss, grievously deprioritizing my faith, the aftermath of abortion, and many more. These experiences have instilled in me a deep understanding of the trials life can present. They've also revealed the transformative power of faith and the remarkable strength that comes with reasoning through adversity.

 

In our one-on-one or small group coaching sessions, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and growth. By integrating biblically grounded coaching techniques and the real-world insights gathered from both personal experiences and decades of professional service, I aim to provide practical, actionable coaching. 

 

I actively engage in responding to failure, managing loss, healing wounds, handling injustice, working through fear, strengthening relationships, and navigating transitions. My goal is to provide a non-anxious presence, fostering an environment that is both supportive and encouraging.

Since you are getting to know me, I’d like to share that I’ve been married to Ted for many years. We have a blended family of three sons, two daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren – one adult, two teens, and a baby. We’re enjoying having my mother live with us during her golden years. As you can see, I have plenty of experience with transitions and multi-generations. To make life wonderfully interesting, one son is a lawyer, one a tattoo artist and silversmith, and one an Army officer. Diversity is the name of our game!
